1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Information from Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health and grant permission, Pippa reads the categories you authorize, which may include activity, workouts, steps, active energy, and weight. Pippa uses this information to create your wellness summaries and trends and may sync the resulting daily summary to your Pippa account.

Pippa does not use Apple Health data for advertising and does not sell it. You can change Health permissions at any time in your device settings.

We receive subscription and entitlement information from the app store and RevenueCat, such as product purchased, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, and an app-specific customer identifier.

Technical, attribution, and app-event information

We may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and measure the Service, such as app platform, app version, timestamps, time zone, request identifiers, authentication session data, and error or rate-limit information.

Where Meta measurement is enabled, Pippa may send Meta limited app events such as onboarding started or completed, paywall viewed, and checkout initiated, together with platform, product, price, currency, and anonymous or device advertising identifiers where available. On iOS, advertising tracking identifiers are used only when you grant the required tracking permission. Pippa does not send your wellness profile, meal photos, symptom entries, or Apple Health information to Meta.
